UPPCL Personnel Officer Eligibility | UPPCL Personnel Officer Qualification:

Adequate knowledge of Hindi in Devanagari script.Bachelor of Law degree from a recognized University. Note: – Degree or Diploma obtained through distance education will not be valid for direct recruitment/Bachelor’s degree from a University recognized by the Government. Two years full time post graduate degree / post graduate diploma / post graduate program with HR / HR and Personnel Management / HR and Industrial Relations. Experience in matters of labor, industrial relations and labor welfare, etc, in any Electricity Council, Electricity Undertaking or At least 01 year practical experience of working independently in a large industrial organization needed.

Candidates should have Minimum 21 Years to Maximum 40 Years as on 01.01.2022

Pay scale of Rs.56,100-1, 77,500 and other allowances will be payable as per rules applicable in Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Ltd. in Pay Matrix Level-10.
