UP Police SI Recruitment 2021 – Last Date Extended for UPPRB Apply Online. Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment Board (UPPRB) on Thursday extended the last date to apply for UP SI recruitment 2021. It has extended the last date of application for 30 days for the recruitment of a total of 9534 posts of SI in Civil Police, Platoon Commander in PAC and Secondary Officer vacancies. As per the revised schedule, candidates can submit application forms till May 30, 2021.
The recruitment drive is being conducted to fill a total of 9534 vacancies, of which, 9027 vacancies are for the post of Sub Inspector, 484 for Platoon Commander and 23 for Fire Officer-II.

UP Police SI Vacancy 2021:
This examination is being conducted to fill 9534 vacant posts of SI. 9027 posts are to be filled in civilian police, 484 in platoon commander PAC and 23 posts of fire-fighting second officer. Let us tell you that out of total 9534 SI posts, 3613 posts are unreserved. 902 posts are reserved for EWS, 2437 posts OBC, 1895 SC, 180 ST categories.
Eligibility Criteria:
- The candidate should hold a Bachelor’s Degree from any recognized university or its equivalent and should hold a Bachelor’s Degree (Science) from any recognized university or its equivalent.
- The candidates must have attained the age of 21 years and must not be more than the age of 28 years as on July 1, 2021. Upper age relaxation applicable to candidates falling under the reserved criteria.
Selection Process:
- The selection process will consist of an online written examination followed by Document Verification and Physical Efficiency Test (PET).
- The online written examination will consist of a total of 400 marks. Candidates who fail to achieve a minimum of 35% in the individual subject and 50% in total will not be shortlisted for the recruitment process.
Important Notice:
- According to the Police Recruitment and Promotion Board due, to increasing cases of corona, candidates are facing problems in obtaining certificates.
- Therefore, UPPRB has decided to extend the date of application by one month. Now Candidates can apply till 30.05.2021. This Recruitment has been taken till a total 9534 vacant post of SI.

Step 7: Upload the required documents
Step 8: Pay the application fee and submit your form.
