Candidates should have the educational qualification of advanced university degree in Communication, Journalism, and Public Relations. - Candidates should have the experience of Five years of progressively responsible and relevant professional work experience in communication, print, broadcast, and/or new media.

- Candidates should have the fluency in English is required. Knowledge of another UN language or local language of the duty station is considered an asset.
