UNICEF Job Qualifications
- Candidates should have completed advanced university degree (Master’s degree or equivalent) in Marketing or Social Science or Communication or Fundraising or Business Administration or in related field.
- Applicant needed to have minimum 5 year of work experience in related field.
- Candidates with experience in managing Direct Response Television and fundraising will be preferred.
- Fluency in English and Knowledge in Hindi required for this post.
Fundraising Specialist Job Description
- Responsible for project management of DRTV and Television campaigns to deliver targets and budget.
- Fund raiser required to develop test plans across audience, media, message and offer, alongside suppliers and other key stakeholders.
- Candidate has to manage and coordinate of suppliers across media, creative and response channels.
- Role Bearer should collaborate with relevant internal and external partners including the coordination of and sourcing of content and feedback to ensure appropriate management of the Television channel to maximize results.
- Fund Raiser have to manage agency relationships to drive results and ensure there are smooth data flows between all response channels, in-bound and outbound teams and follow on conversion and welcome activities.
- Monitoring of results within each campaign, including the timely and accurate delivery of results from suppliers, and optimizing campaign performance where possible based on these results.
- Strategic development and oversight of investment fund applications, monitoring fund utilization and prepare required reporting in a timely and effective manner.
- Daily, Weekly and Monthly media plan performance reporting for better optimization of media plan.
