- The incumbent would be responsible for growth of Branch Banking business top-line in the region under his / her control
- He/She would be responsible for execution of business plans in his/her region and providing region specific inputs to Regional Business Manager while chalking out the business plan Ujjivan wide for Branch Banking
- The incumbent to understand the market and competitor dynamics in the region and take adequate responsive / proactive measures to counter
- Responsible for working closely with product and marketing team to drive suitable branding and marketing activities in his/her respective cluster.
- Responsible for recruiting and motivating team to perform at optimum levels in the region
- Responsible for building and maintaining dealer relationships in the Region
