Ujjivan Small Finance Bank Recruitment 2022 Job Responsibilities:

Officer-Credit Secured Micro Banking:

• Coordinate with legal and technical suppliers for expert opinion reports on secured products in the Micro/Rural banking vertical
• Ensure credit policies and processes of secured products in the Micro/Rural banking vertical are followed effectively by branch employees
• Ensure that legal opinions and technical value assessments are properly interpreted when these secured loans are sanctioned.
• Conduct risk assessment of the customer as per the defined scoring matrix for the products
• Visit the customer residence and business / activity place to assess the financial parameters
• Decision on loan applications as per credit approval grid, deviation matrix, and bureau matrix
• Coordinate with FCU team and agency for a loan application (Refer Official Notification)

Officer-Credit Micro Banking:

• Ensure that all customer and branch inquiries are promptly answered. Ensure that all rejections and reductions are correctly documented, with reasoning, and conveyed to the branch team and customers.
• Swayam’s E-Learning module was completed on time.
• GL and IL Certifications have an annual certification test.
• Obtain certification in order to underwrite new items.
• Discuss Credit MIS reports with the branch team to ensure that everyone understands them and can put them to good use.
• Conduct branch-level staff meetings and trainings on credit policy, process, and system updates.
• Taking initiative and concentrating on reaching R and R objectives and continually winning
• Punctuality, maintaining discipline in the field and in the branches, collaboration with stakeholders, job flexibility, and decision-making skills in field approvals (Refer Official Notification)
