- Must Coordinate with Credit Collections Team in managing collections and recovery through legal means.
- Have to Builds an efficient team of Relationship officers and cluster Managers in the Area assigned
- Be responsible for the control and recovery of loans in his/her region, risk assessment and recovery strategies. Needs to focus as much in collection of cases of entire portfolio.
- Should Execute all financial and non- financial transactions in full compliance to regulatory, statutory and internal guidelines
