About Ujjivan Small Finance:
Ujjivan Small Finance Bank Limited is an Indian small finance bank based in Bangalore, which commenced operations on 1 February 2017. Ujjivan Financial Services holds an 80 percent stake in the bank. Ujjivan Small Finance Bank is licensed of the Banking Regulation Act, 1949 to carry out small finance bank business and received Scheduled Bank status from the Reserve Bank of India in August 2017.
On 7 October 2015, Ujjivan Financial Services received an in-principle approval from the Reserve Bank of India to set up a small finance bank. At the time, the company already serviced over 2.6 million customers from 464 branches in 24 states.
Ujjivan Small Finance Bank Job Vacancies Eligibility:
- Candidates should have an any graduate with at least 1 year of experience with MFI or bank in credit department.
- Knowledge of local language and area with good communication skills – local hire
- Computer knowledge in basic and MS-office, should be well versed in income analysis P
- Plan the daily activities and work related requirements including work output and quality of the credit appraisals conducted
- Ensures success and growth of the product by adhering to defined TAT for loan approval.
- Sort out issues arising in the approval process,
- Perform analytical / quantitative analysis of the trends of loan portfolio repayments and customer base on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Act as interface between the field, operations, MIS personnel and any other similar requirements from time to time.
- Co-ordinate with legal and technical vendors
- Should be comfortable in reading and writing local languages.
