- Knowledge of the local language and geography, as well as excellent communication abilities
- Overall responsibility for the cluster’s commercial growth and performance.
- Oversees the performance of his/her cluster’s MSE portfolio in terms of growth (amount and customer base) and relationship officer productivity by guiding them and conducting constructive performance reviews.
- Assists relationship officers with marketing and sales activities, as well as customer evaluations and proposal preparation.
- Maintains high-value MSE customers’ relationships in order to maximise value and generate recommendations.
- Controls and recovers loans in his or her cluster, as well as doing risk assessments and recovery methods.
