UIDAI NISG Recruitment 2022 Eligibility Criteria:
The candidates should have completed Bachelor’s degree in Law from National Law School or a recognized University or equivalent. The candidates are required to submit/attach the experience certificate issued by Bar Association in support of the claim of practice .The Applicants should have work experience in 8 to 20 years.
UIDAI NISG Recruitment 2022 Salary:
The salary for the post is Rs. 16 Lakhs to Rs. 24 Lakhs Per Annum.
Nature of Duties:
- Provide in-house assistance/support for establishment of best practices w.r.t framework of the organization so as to secure and safeguard the interests of UIDAI
- Render advice for planning the strategies and procedures to be followed in various projects/cases.
- Render legal opinions, pre-empting legal action and suggesting the appropriate recourse.
- Assist in drafting, vetting all types of agreements, documents, tenders etc.
- Monitor contracts for various compliance.
- Assist in formulating/reviewing UIDAI laws, policies, rules and regulations.
- Drafting replies for legal cases and monitor and analyse court cases by interacting with and assisting the UIDAI council.
- Drafting and executing Memorandum of Understanding (MoUs) with Registrars.
