• Managing and controlling back end reconciliation operations for acquirer and issuer business
• Managing managed services provider (MSP) for the operations and direct responsibility of their performance. Responsible for supporting service and business units to ensure achievement of common goal.
• Identifying and resolving operational issues related to customers, vendors (external as well as internal) and ensuring resolution.
• Preparing the billing and supporting document details in line with SLA monitoring of managed service provider, following internal approval mechanism and co-ordinate with to finance on defined frequency.
