- Applicants must have completed Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in computer science or a related field, preferably with an MBA and 4+ years of strong professional experience in a Business Analyst, Data Analyst or related role Understanding of ALM (Agile Lifecycle Management) tools.
- Candidates shall pass M Tech/ BE / B Tech in Computer Science or engineering / MCA and Atleast 10 years of experience with minimum 05 years of experience in biometrics.
UIDAI Recruitment 2022 Job Profile:
- Responsible for providing proper Resolution for the grievance cases received Through online (i.e.) PMOPG Portal
- Provide proper Resolution for the grievance cases received from Residents through Mail /Post
- Work on the set of complaints, segregate based on the risk levels and ensure remediation
- Assist in any other work incidental to the resolution of grievances, preparation of educational material
- Work closely with internal and external teams on enrolment and authentication issues relevant to resident grievances, prepare concept notes and follow up till development of the solutions.
