- Managing the relevant Aadhar Seva Kendra’s whole operation
- Handling complaints, with a focus on resolving resident issues relating to appointment booking, Aadhar enrolment/update procedure, and other Aadhar Resident Services that fall under ASK’s purview.
- Managing a workforce of approximately 30 people, including supervisors, operators, screeners, verifiers, housekeeping, security, IT, receptionists, and other personnel essential to run ASK
- Maintaining and submitting to UIDAI the necessary MIS reports
- Resource planning and management to improve performance and load
- Dealing directly with the UIDAI’s headquarters and regional offices.
Note: Candidates should be familiar with computers, PowerPoint and Excel, as well as complaint management and video conferencing.
