UIDAI Recruitment 2021 Eligibility criteria

Education Qualification

For Deputy Manager Post: Candidate should have B.E or B.Tech or BBA or BCA with MBA degree is mandatory to apply for this post.

Candidate should have minimum 07 years experience and minimum 05 years of experience in Project management, RFP Preparation and Out of 07 years, 04 years’ experience of working in Central Government/ e-governance projects (desirable). Proficient in MS Office is preferred.

For Project Manager and Product Manager Post: Candidate should have BE or B.Tech with MBA Degree is preferred.

Candidate should have Minimum 05 years and Good experience of IT Industry trends & technologies and Proficient in Ms Excel, MS Project and other Project Management Tools and Good communication skills verbal as well as written.

For Senior Analyst Post: Candidate should have B.Tech or MBA or MCA degree is mandatory.

Candidate should have Minimum 03 years and Professional writing experience in policies, guidelines and product documents. Experience in creating professional looking and visually appealing communication and experience of working on a Government Project will be an advantage. Proficient written and spoken English skills.

UIDAI Recruitment 2021 Job Profile

For Deputy Manager Post: 

• Managing and assisting in procurement of required services for the project implementation.
• Responsible for preparing and floating of EOI, LOI, RFP (for procurement through various govt. agencies like NICSI, DGS&D or with private supplier) , bid process management, evaluation of bids, contract compliance & legal interpretation of contracts.
• Strategically participation in vendor agreement drafting.

For product manager:

• Responsible for implementation of the redesigned processes resulting in improved quality
• Responsible for the completeness, accuracy and availability of data for the dashboard
• Responsible for Business Process Modeling for process improvement, documentation and enhancement of business performance.
• Take measures to overall enhance the quality of various projects at UIDAI and ensure the same comply with the approved methodology.
• Contributes to a culture of innovation actively seeking ways to enhance the capability and performance efficiency.

For Project Manager:

• Responsible for comprehensive gap Analysis of ‘As-Is’ and ‘To-Be’ Processes, Process mapping & analysis and re-engineering the business processes.
• Responsible for implementation of the redesigned processes resulting in improved quality
• Responsible for the completeness, accuracy and availability of data for the dashboard
• Creating and analysing the reports as per the business requirement.

For Senior Analyst:

• Support the entities to on- board with UIDAI as Authentication User and service Agency
• Deploy the AUAon-boarding processand guidelines as defined by the UIDAI to support the entities in enabling Aadhaar-based authentication
• Interface with all stakeholders as required –entities applying for use of authentication services, FI division, Support team, Internet security team, Data Centre etc. during process of on-boarding
• Prepare various MIS as per requirement
• Coordinating with MSP for uploading of Circular, Notifications etc. in the Authportal & UIDAI website.
