Delivering goal ergonomics performance in 3 and 4 wheeler projects is a requirement of the job. The work entails providing Ergonomics input to design through simulations, as well as practical verification of the design through prototype testing for ergonomics performance such as comfort, reach, visibility, usability, and so on. This position will allow you to collaborate with a specialised ergonomics team as well as connect with designers, system and vehicle engineers who are working on new technologies and systems for 3 and 4 wheeler projects.

TVS Jobs 2022 Responsibilities:
- Deliver goal ergonomics performance in 3 and 4 wheeler applications, such as comfort, reach, visibility, and usefulness.
- To improve usability, affordability, quality, safety, and performance, evaluate the vehicle’s design in terms of human interaction using ergonomic principles.
- Simulate ergonomics performance, such as comfort, reach, accessibility, usability visibility, and so on, using software techniques that account for anthropometric variances.
- Verify design by physically testing prototypes for ergonomics performance using subjective and objective measurements based on standards.
- Prepare reports and presentations based on simulations and testing to identify performance gaps in ergonomics and make recommendations to enhance it.
- Collaborate with other teams to include ergonomics requirements into design such that goal ergonomics performance is met.
- Benchmarking competitor vehicles can help you measure ergonomics performance and create ergonomics goals.
- Conduct user or customer interviews or surveys to gather information on requirements, needs, preferences, or interfaces in order to create ergonomics performance goals.
- Conduct research to get new insights into the ergonomics of three- and four-wheeler designs.
