  • Experience facilitating cross-functional team discussions, including well-developed negotiation skills and ability to provide direction while not having direct authority
  • Design Thinker – Human Centered Design or Design Thinking methodologies to help guide continuity in a cohesive way
  • Customer Journey Mapping – ability to employ data and research to create Customer Journey Maps that help stakeholders “see” where the gaps and opportunities are to increase success

  • Define a customer success strategy its linkage to overall business objectives and TVS brand values
  • Liaise with cross functional teams in the creation of a framework and customer/user journey maps to help structure efforts consistently across disciplines within the organization
  • Works in collaboration with all other business functions, consistently delivering great end-to-end customer experience across stages, channels, and touchpoints in the customer journey
  • Management of customer information and communication at each episode and interaction (information like experience data, campaign management, response and customer relation)
  • Leads the design of qualitative and quantitative VOC research, assures the VOC feedback is available throughout the organization and integrates as part of all design activities
  • Driving a passionate, customer-centric culture within the company and retail network; partnering cross- functionally and influencing the company’s product roadmap to positively impact customer experience
  • Establishing a consistent, accurate and timely reporting framework on key metrics
  • Implement and ensure robust governance to ensure effective daily work management, regular PDCA and top projects implementation towards achievement of customer success objectives
