TVS Recruitment 2022 Primary Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct customer engagement programs (care camps, mobile service, customer meets, Do-it-yourself trainings) for improving PSS/NPS scores
- Review the customer complaints and put effective preventive actions
- Ensure assembly quality as per standards at distributor assembly plant and provide product performance feedback regularly to HO to improve product quality
- Digitisation of the processes (Implement new projects & activities wrt market & customer requirements)
- Develop a process to capture the market requirement to make forecast accurate
- Maintain Despatch, retail, stock, price MIS
- Implementation of 100% automation of Ordering process
- Identify spare parts training requirement and arrange for training.
- Data analysis of partwise / countrywide potential for increasing spare parts business
- Pricing analysis, bench marking with competition and market and arrive at strategies improve sales.
- Arrange periodical customer satisfaction survey to improve the current process
