TVS Motor Recruitment 2022:

The TVS Motors Company has released a Notice for Appoint Section Head Post in TVS Way_TQC – Functional TQM). The selected candidate will be appointed at the Office Location of Hosur Plant, Tamil Nadu.

TVS Job Eligibility Criteria: 

The candidates applying for the job must have 10 years to 19 years Experience in the Relevant Field.

TVS Job Skills Requirements:

The candidates applying for the job must have following skills:

• Needed Communication skills   and Interpersonal relationship
• Must have Analytical skills (IT skills, SAP, MS office).
• Should have Diagnostic / auditing skills / capability
• Have Knowledge of TQM philosophy.

• Needed to be Aware of Problem solving Tools & Techniques (7QC Tools / Statistical application)”
• Must have Team building skills.

TVS Job Roles and Responsibilities:

The selected candidates must perform the following assigned duties:

• Have to facilitate and be a part of team to design and develop “TVS Way” training module based on “instructional design methodology”.
• Must have Co-ordinate for cascade training program to create awareness and understanding of “TVS Way”.
• Should facilitate application of “TVS Way of thinking” (8 guiding principles) for enabling common thinking.
• Have Initiate actions towards improvement areas based on diagnosis and share progress in monthly TQM council meeting with Business leadership team..
• Should Support & Strengthen the TVS Management processes through Co ordination & education.
