TVS Job Skills Requirements:
The candidates applying for the job must have following skills:
- Must have Ability to do CAD layout review and conduct design review & arrive solutions.
- Should have Hands on experience in CATIA in 3D/2D.
- Have to Design engine subsystems parts viz cooling system, induction & exhaust system for IC engine
TVS Job Roles and Responsibilities:
The selected candidates must perform the following assigned duties:
- Have to Conduct DFMEA & arrive actions to achieve RPN targets.
- Must have basic engine calculation; apply basic CAE skills & Patents understanding.
- Should Identify interface issues & resolve problems & use of design standards.
- Have to Understand and apply various manufacturing process and apply in part/sub system design
- Should Identify and use suitable materials and measurement techniques for part functions
- Need to develop new technology or feature for the engine.
