- With customer centricity in focus define product strategy for TVS Connect app
- Identify customer unmet or unknown needs and identify opportunities for enhancements or development of new products/services
- Align with multiple stakeholders across New product Development, Research and Development, Marketing and Sales, Future mobility, Engineering team etc. to prioritize requirements and bring transparency to software development life cycle
- Lead Go To Market strategy for TVS connect application and features for domestic and international markets
- Take lead of multiple scrum teams, defining product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities, communicating with stakeholders throughout the project
- Define key metrics for measuring product success and continuously track and report the updates to senior leadership team
