Design Engineer

The candidate should be capable to provide technical aid in design, development, prototyping and testing of electrical machines suitable for EV applications, Do detailed road load analysis and arrive at detailed specifications of the electric motors for different vehicle level platforms, Analytical design and detailed design of electrical machines employing finite element analysis, Need to develop electrical machine loss, thermal and demagnetization models with highest degree of accuracy.

Team Leader

Conduct sunrise meeting with the workmen, Allocating work and maintain self log card for workmen, Maintain 2s and VCS updating, Carryout preventive / Predictive maintenance as per the schedule, Identifying the root causes of breakdown through why why analysis, Identifying the root causes of breakdown through why analysis.

• Carryout services as per schedule for machines under AMC.
• Clear the abnormalities & unsafe conditions identified in audits and carryout process instruments calibration.
• Support workmen in TEI/QCC activities.
