Being sensitive to confidential information, exposing data& hospitable in conduct to stakeholders, Maintain the calendar, schedule and coordinate meetings, visits& appointments of the Head –FM and other stakeholders of FM organization, Schedule knowledge sharing sessions, townhalls, etc. for the FM organization at regular interval.

Managing files relevant to business transactions and meet compliances, audits as per guidelines, Co-work with HRBP to drive employee engagement initiatives for the team such as employee onboarding, learning forum sessions, town halls etc.Ensure the digital screen in the office space is regularly updated with right information such as business metrics, announcements, recognitions, news articles, tweets on FM business.

Responsibilities

• Support on ensuring the learning calendar is followed for FM for both direct and indirect team
• Coordinate and prepare ECM report with variance analysis along with the Planner-FM
• Co-ordinate for closure of NCs and revision of SOPs in the department
• Manage department budget planning for the FY including fund transfers/changes during the year
• Facilitate hassle free travel arrangements and overall employee experience
• Manage the list of vendors, partners and consultants working with the FM team in terms of alliances, payments, etc
