TBSE Tripura conduct 10th and 12th Exam 2021 only for Key Subjects (Madhyamik & HS): Due to the pandemic, the Tripura Board of Secondary Education (TBSE) has chosen to hold only the relevant subjects in the TBSE Madhyamik Exam 2021 for Class 10 students and the Tripura HS Exam 2021 for Class 12 students. Tripura Board Exams 2021 for Class 10 and 12 students were originally planned to take place on the 18th and 19th of May, respectively, but were postponed due to the state’s current COVID-19 crisis.
This year, a total of 26,610 students from Class 10 and 27,205 applicants from Class 12 have registered for the tests. Tripura Education Minister Ratan Lal Nath has declared that the TBSE Board Exam 2021 will only be offered for a few crucial courses. Mr Nath told reporters on Friday that because of the pandemic scenario, it would be impossible to conduct examinations for papers in the Madhamik (matriculation) and senior secondary classes.
He further stated that, as and when the situation permits, TBSE will conduct Tripura Madhyamik and HS Exams 2021 for students with a 15-day notice. He stated the tests would be held in ‘certain papers,’ and that a decision had just been made on the matter. On the same subject, Tripura Board President Dr Bhabatosh Saha told the media that the decision to hold the exam just for a few critical topics had been made recently.
Mr Saha continued, “Depending on the scenario, we decided to offer exams in three courses for Class 10 and a few courses for Class 12.” In June, we will make our final decision.” He further stated that the TBSE Madhyamik Exam 2021 will be held for Class 10 pupils and that the subjects for Class 10 would include English, Mathematics, and Science, but no final subject selection for Class 12 has been decided yet.
