TNUSRB SI Notification Details:
TNUSRB aims to fill 969 vacancies of Sub Inspector. The board had conducted the Interview for the selected candidates on 23-Feb-2021 to 02-March-2021. Now, the final merit list has been uploaded on the official website. The Provisional List is available in PDF Format. Candidates can check the final selection list based on their roll number wise. Also the board has released cut-off along with the result.
These 969 vacancies are allotted separately for each posts as follows:
- Sub-Inspector of Police (TK) : 660
- Sub-Inspector of Police (AR) : 276
- Sub-Inspector of Police (TSP) : 33
As per the official notification, during the final provisional selection, 20 percent of vacancies shall be set apart on a preferential basis for the open candidates who studied the bachelor’ degree in Tamil Medium
TNUSRB SI Selection Details:
TNUSRB SI exam was conducted on 12-Jan-2020 & 13-Jan-2020 and the result of the exam were released on 17-Mar-2020. For those candidates who were all selected in the written exam have attended the Physical Measurement Test (PMT) / Endurance Test (ET) / Physical Efficiency Test (PET). And then TNUSRB SI Interview/ viva-voce was conducted by the board authorities on 23-Feb-2021 to 02-March-2021 for the candidates who got selected after the PMT/PET.
TNUSRB Provisional List Details:
After completion of all level of the selection process the list of provisionally selected candidates for the post of Sub Inspector of Police (TK, AR, and TSP) based on the marks obtained by them in written examination, PET, Viva-Voce and Special marks were been released by the board officials. The provisionally selected candidates will be subjected to Medical Examination and Verification of Character and Antecedents.
