TamilNadu Public Service Commission-TNPSC gives a peculiar announcement, which is never they done in their History. Yes. TNPSC released the notification for the computerized competitive examination for the post of District Child Protection Officer for the first time. This recruitment exam process will be conducted to fill the 16 job vacancies at the District Child Protection Officer under the Department of Social Security, Tamil Nadu.
TNPSC release the competitive exam notification for this District Child Protection Officer post. But not like the previous year’s this time the exam will be held through the computer. The board decided to conduct this computer based exam on the morning and afternoon of June 19th 2022. Candidates can attempt this exam at the centers in the cities of Chennai, Madurai, Coimbatore, Trichy and Tirunelveli only.

Candidates who are all have the educational qualification of completed a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, Social Work, Psychology, Child Development or Criminology or any other subject from a recognized university are eligible to attempt this competitive examination. The maximum age limit to apply for this exam is must be below 32 years for the non-reserved category while for reserved candidates has the maximum age limit of 60 years as on July 1 2022. This Computer based exam is like the trial test. If it goes successfully the board likely will continue this Computer mode on other TNPSC exams.
