Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission(TNPSC) has released Official Notification for Combined Engineering Service Examination the post of Assistant Engineer. Applications are invited from eligible Candidates. Candidates can apply online through Online from 29.05.2019 to 28.06.2019. The Combined Engineering Service Examination will be held on 10.08.2019.

- SCs, SC(A)s, STs, MBCs/DCs, BCs, BCMs and Destitute Widows of all Castes – No Age Limit
- Assistant Electrical Inspector Other Category – 39 years
- Assistant Engineer,Assistant Director & Junior Architect Other Category – Maximum 30 years
Educational Qualification: Candidates applying for this role must be completed B.E Degree in Concerned Discipline from a recognized University.
Selection Process: Written Examination, Interview
Pay Scale:
- Assistant Electrical Inspector – Rs.15,600- 39,100 + Grade pay Rs.5,400/- p.m. Level – 22 Rs.56,100 – 1,77,500/- p.m.
- Assistant Engineer,Assistant Director & Junior Architect – Rs. Rs. 9300 – 34800 + Grade pay Rs.5100/- p.m. Level – 20 Rs.37,700 – 1,19,500/- p.m
