TNPSC CESSE Eligibility Criteria 2021:
Educational Qualification:
Junior Draughting Officer in Highways Department – A Diploma in Civil Engineering or its equivalent from any University or Institution awarded by the State Board of Technical Education and Training of the concerned State Government.
Junior Draughting Officer in Public Works Department – Diploma in Civil Engineering awarded by the State Board of Technical Education and Training, Tamil Nadu or its equivalent qualification recognized by the Director General of Employment and Training, Government of India or by the All India Council for Technical Education.
Junior Technical Assistant in Handlooms and Textiles Department – Must possess Minimum General Educational Qualification. AND ii) Must possess a Diploma in Handloom Technology obtained from the Indian Institute of Handloom Technology, Salem or Varanasi or from any other recognised Institute of Handloom Technology.
Junior Engineer in Fisheries Department – Must possess a Diploma in Civil Engineering. Provided that other things being equal, preference shall be given to those who have undergone apprenticeship training for a period of not less than one year under the Government of India Schemes or State Government apprenticeship training scheme.

Age Concession
(i) For Persons with Benchmark Disability:
Persons with Benchmark Disability are eligible for age concession up to 10 years over and above the maximum age limit prescribed above. (Section 64 of the Tamil Nadu Government Servants (Conditions of Service) Act, 2016.)
(ii) For Ex-servicemen:
(a) Ex-Servicemen are eligible for age concession up to 48 years of age if he does not belong to SCs, SC(A)s, STs, MBCs/DCs, BCs(OBCMs), BCMs and 53 years if he belongs to SCs, SC(A)s, STs, MBCs/DCs, BCs(OBCMs) and BCMs. (Section 63 (1) of the Tamil Nadu Government Servants (Conditions of Service) Act, 2016.)
TNPSC CESSE Application Fees 2021:
| a) | Registration Fee
For One-Time Registration (Revised with effect from 01.03.2017 vide G.O.(Ms).No. 32, Personnel and Administrative Reforms Department, dated 01.03.2017) Note (i) Applicants who have already registered in One-Time online Registration system and within the validity period of 5 years are exempted. (ii) Applicants who have already registered in One-Time online Registration system by paying Rs.50/- before 01.03.2017 and having validity, those who have registered for One-Time Registration on or after 01.03.2017 by paying Rs.150/- towards One-Time online Registration are exempted from paying the registration fee for this recruitment. (iii) Applicants who have made One-Time Registration must pay the prescribed examination fee for this recruitment unless fee exemption is claimed. (One-Time Registration is only to avail exemption for Registration fee for a period of 5 years from the date of registration and it will not be considered as prescribed examination fee for this recruitment). |

TNPSC CESSE Selection Process 2021:
The Selection will be based on the marks obtained by the candidates in the Written Examination and subject to the rule of reservation of appointments; the tentative list of eligible candidates for certificate verification will be announced in the Commission’s website. After verification of the original certificates, the eligible candidates will be summoned for final selection through counselling method.
Certificate Of Physical Fitness:-
Applicants selected for appointment to the said post will be required to produce a certificate of physical fitness in the form prescribed below before their appointment:

How to Apply for TNPSC CESSE Notification 2021:
Step 1: Applicants should apply only through online mode in the Commission’s Websites www.tnpsc.gov.in / www.tnpscexams.in.
Step 2: Successfully registered One-Time Registration is valid for 5 years from the date of Registration. All the applications should be submitted using the One-Time Registration ID and password registered by the applicant.
Step 3: Applicants should enter the Unique ID and password to view the already available information and update them. They shall not share the ID with any other person or agency.
Step 4: One-Time Registration is not an application for any post. It is just a collection of information from the applicants and giving a separate dashboard to each applicant to facilitate them to maintain their own profile. Applicant who wishes to apply for any post shall click “Apply” against the post Notified in the Commission’s Website and use the same USER ID and PASSWORD given for ONE -TIME REGISTRATION
