TNPSC CESE Certificate Verification II List & Date 2020 Released on the official site!!!!!! Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission has released the list of Register Numbers of candidates provisionally admitted to Oral Test for the posts included in the Combined Engineering Services Examination was published in the Commission’s website on 19.12.2019 based on the results of the Written Examination conducted by the Commission on 10.08.2019 FN & AN and 25.08.2019 FN & AN.

TNPSC CESE Certificate Verification Date 2020 Details:
During the 1st phase of Oral Test, 12 candidates had absented themselves and the experience of 16 candidates has not been accepted. It has been decided to admit the candidates to the next phase of Certificate Verification in the ratio of 1:5 against the resultant vacancies for the posts of Assistant Electrical Inspector, Assistant Engineer (Electrical), PWD and Assistant Director of Industrial Safety and Health (Formerly known as Assistant Inspector of Factories).
Hence, apart from the candidates who had already completed the Oral Test, the candidates with the following register numbers are hereby admitted provisionally to the certificate verification.
The candidates who have been admitted provisionally to the Certificate Verification should upload the scanned copy of documents in support of the claims made in their online application from 23.03.2020 to 30.03.2020 in the e-seva centres run by TACTV.

List of designated e-seva centres will be available in the website. The details regarding the documents to be uploaded will be made available in the Commission’s website and candidates will be informed of the above fact only through SMS and e-mail. Individual communication in this regard will NOT be sent to the candidates by post.
After completion of Certificate Verification, the list of candidates admitted provisionally to Oral Test in the ratio of 1:2/1:3 will be published. Mere inclusion of the Register Numbers of candidates in the above list will not imply that the candidature has been fully considered for Certificate Verification.
The candidates whose Register numbers are found in the above list have been admitted provisionally to the Certificate Verification based on the marks obtained by them in the Written Examination and with reference to rule of reservation of appointments.
The admission of candidates to Certificate Verification is provisional subject to verification and acceptance of the claim in their online applications towards age, educational qualification, experience, community, Differently abled category, PSTM etc., through original documents.
If any of their claims are found to be false or incorrect, their online applications will be rejected, provisional admission to Certificate Verification will be cancelled and they will not be admitted to the next stage of selection.
The admission of the above candidates to the Certificate Verification is purely provisional subject to the decision of the Commission and subject to the outcome or final orders in WPs /other cases relating to this recruitment, pending on the files of the Hon’ble High Court, Madras / Madurai Bench of Madras High Court.
Candidates who have been admitted provisionally to the Certificate Verification are hereby advised to upload the scanned copy of all the relevant documents without fail.
Failure to upload even any one of the essential documents within the time limit stipulated above will result in their non admission to the next stage of selection and rejection of their online application.

No Objection Certificate / Information to the Employer:
No Objection Certificate obtained from appropriate authority shall be produced at the time of Certificate Verification. Failure to produce at that time will lead to rejection of application.
Correct and true information regarding arrest, convictions, criminal or any disciplinary proceedings initiated / pending or finalized, debarment / disqualification by any recruiting agency, participation in agitation or any political organization, candidature in election for Parliament / State Legislature / Local Bodies etc, if any, should also be furnished to the Commission at the time of application. The details thereof, i.e. originals of the judgment / order / G.O. dropping further action in the departmental proceedings or any document that may prove the suitability of such applicants for appointment in such cases must be produced at the stage / time of certificate verification without fail.
All such events that occur after the submission of application and till the date of his / her selection and appointment shall be reported to the Commission forthwith. Failure to report on the part of the applicant will be considered as suppression of material information and will attract suitable penal action.
Communication to Applicants Individual communication regarding the date and time of certificate verification, oral test and counselling (as applicable) will not be sent to the applicants by post. The details will be made available on the Commission’s website. Applicants will be informed of the above fact only through SMS and e-mail and they should watch the Commission’s website in this regard.
Unless specific instruction is given, applicants are not required to submit along with their application any certificates (in support of their claims regarding age, educational qualifications, physical qualification, community, physical disability etc.,) which should be submitted when called for by the Commission.
The applicants applying for the examination should ensure that they fulfill all the eligibility conditions for admission to the Examination. Their admission at all the stages of examination for which they are admitted by the Commission viz. Written Examination and Oral Test will be purely provisional, subject to their satisfying the prescribed eligibility conditions.
If, on verification at any time before or after Written Examination/ Certificate Verification and Oral Test, it is found that they do not fulfill any of the eligibility conditions, their candidature for the examination will be liable for rejection / cancellation by the Commission.
