TNPSC Assistant Public Prosecutor 2021 Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit:
There is no age limit occurred for SC/ST/MBC category candidates and for other category candidates age limit should not have complete 34 years is mandatory. The maximum age limit for ex-servicemen is 48 years
Education Qualification
Candidate should have complete B.L degree (10th + HSC or its equivalent + Bachelor’s degree) and should be a member of Bar council, Candidate must possess adequate knowledge of Tamil.
Required Experience
Candidate must have had active practice in ‘Criminal Courts’ for a period of not less than five years is mandatory.
TNPSC APP 2021 Salary Details
Shortlisted candidates for Assistant Public Prosecutor, Grade II post are eligible to get a salary of Rs. 56,100/- to Rs. 1,77,500/- per month from the respective board.
TNPSC Assistant Public Prosecutor 2021 Selection Process
Candidates are shortlisted based on Preliminary Examination (Objective type), Main Written Examination (Bachelor’s Degree Standard Descriptive type) and Oral Test in the shape of Interview. The question paper will be set in both English and Tamil.
TNPSC APP Exam 2021 Application Fee
One Time Registration fee for TNPSC Exam 2021 is Rs. 150/- (Applicants who have already registered in One Time online Registration system and are within the validity period of 5 years are exempted.) and for preliminary Examination fee is Rs. 100/- and for Main written examination fee is Rs. 200/- (should be paid later). Linking Aadhaar number with One Time Registration (OTR) is mandatory for applicants. Payments are paid only through Online mode.
