TNeGA Recruitment 2022 Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates must be An MBA with International Experience Should have very strong communication skills, Should have a min of 60% in the last Academic Endeavour. Min of 5+ years of relevant work experience required Should be proficient in English and Tamil Additional language skills will be a plus.
- Applicants also having min of 5 years of experience working in an organization with more than 20 employees, where you were responsible for payroll, accounts, statutory compliances, receivables and vendor management, Should have a valid CA Certification, Basic Understanding of Company Law (especially related to Non-Profits) will be required. Experience in Govts / Non-Profits is preferable.
- Engineering Graduate or equivalent with a past job / experience where you were responsible for overseeing operations, and you played an active role in it. Proficiency in English, Tamil is needed. Knowledge of Hindi will be helpful. 5+ Years of relevant experience needed.
TNeGA Recruitment 2022 Selection Process:
- The Process of hiring is driven by a committee that reviews the applications keeping in mind the needs of the Organization. As such, the decision made by the Committee on evaluation will be final.
- The Process takes about 30 days, and will be notified when the first shortlist is made, and will be contacted via email and phone. Candidates, who choose to join, will be expected to assume charge of these responsibilities by 1st August 2022.
