TNEA Counseling 2022 CV for Sportspersons Starts; when for other Remaining Students?? Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions (TNEA) started the Counseling for the Sportspersons now the questions raised is when the other Remaining Students counselling CV gets started this is big question among students who are non-sportsperson.

Today is the first day of certificate verification for students from the sports department who have requested engineering consultation. The engineering course application registration period ran from June 20 to July 27. 2 lakh 11 thousand 905 students submitted applications for the engineering programme. Students from the sports department who requested consultations had their certificates verified as of today. For students in the sports department, the certificate verification will continue until the 8th.

300 students are called for counselling each day out of the 3093 students who have applied to engage in the sports department counselling. Only certificates for athletes will be checked by calling the applicants directly with the assistance of the Tamil Nadu Sports Development Authority (SDAT). According to representatives of the Directorate of Technical Education, the Tamil Nadu Government’s Engineering Student Admission Assistance Centres would verify certificates for more students.

Additionally, as part of a new procedure starting this year, students who took part in engineering counselling and chose their universities must enrol in the institution of their choice within seven days. Students who do not enrol in the college or who do not pay their dues will have their allocation orders annulled. It is disclosed that the vacated seats would be filled by students who are behind them in the rankings.
