TN Police Announced Relaxation in E-Registration from District to District: Due to the second wave of corona, Tamil Nadu has taken preventative steps. As a result, certain e-registration limits have been declared to be relaxed. Owing to a corona infection, a two-week curfew has been imposed in Tamil Nadu.
People not adhering to the curfews correctly have resulted in some new restrictions being introduced in recent days. E-registration is required for those who travel within the districts or from one district to another, according to notices. It is also recommended that these e-registration permits be given only for such urgent and essential purposes, such as medical or marriage.
In light of this, the Chennai Police Department has announced that the e-registration system is not needed for doctors, health workers, journalists, and lawyers working on corona cases in the city. At the same time, police have confirmed that government employees, chief secretaries, and embassy officials will be able to fly around the state by displaying their identification cards.
If the above employees in Chennai are refused this permission anywhere, they can contact the Assistant Commissioner, Chennai, at 23452320 or 9498130011. Special arrangements have been made for vehicles carrying critical items and ambulances to drive on some of Chennai’s main roads, according to the Chennai Metropolitan Police.
