More number of Students across the state TamilNadu registered themselves for the counselling of Engineering courses compared to the last year admission. 2.7 Lakh students are registered through online for this process this year. Initially the Counselling starting date was scheduled on 8th August 2022. But due to the late announcement of CBSE class 12 result the earlier schedule got changed.

From 20 August 2022 onwards the counselling for the special category students will start. The counselling for the general category students will start from 23rd August 2022 onwards.
