Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin’s 2nd Day Inspects Today In Districts!!

In this context, Chief Minister MK Stalin is holding consultations with government officials and ministers on corona prevention work at the Madurai District Collectorate this morning.

MK Stalin took over as the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu on 7th. Corona 2nd wave is spreading fast across the country. The Government of Tamil Nadu is taking various preventive measures to prevent this ever since. Accordingly, Chief Minister MK Stalin yesterday personally inspected the corona prevention activities in Salem, Tiruppur and Coimbatore districts. He also started a vaccination program for people over 18 in Tirupur and took various preventive measures.

He arrived in Madurai from Coimbatore by private plane at around 8 last night.

MK Stalin is coming to Madurai for the first time after becoming the First Minister. Administrators and volunteers gathered in large numbers in the airport area. Yet none of them were allowed inside the airport premises

MK Stalin attended the Corona Prevention Review Meeting held at the Madurai Collector’s Office at 10 am today. MK Stalin, who inspected the corona prevention activities carried out in the Madurai district, ordered the authorities to take serious action to end the corona.

He also directed the authorities to monitor the availability of adequate bed facilities and oxygen supply to patients in government and private hospitals in Madurai district.

The meeting was attended by Health Minister Ma Subramanian, Business Taxation Minister P Murthy, Finance Minister Palanivel Thiagarajan, District Collector Anish Shekar, MLAs and senior officials.

Following this, the Chief Minister inspects a special ward being set up at Toppur with 500 oxygen beds.

MK Stalin, traveling from Madurai to Trichy, visits the site of the integrated bus station in Punjabpur.

The Chief Minister will inspect the Trichy Government Hospital at 5 pm to inspect the bed facilities and special arrangements made for the treatment of corona patients at the NIT premises.

Ministers KN Nehru and Anbil Mahesh Poyya are participating in the study. He continues to inspect the 200-bed facilities at the hospital, including the newly constructed 100 oxygen beds, open to the public.

It then consults with officials including the Secretary to the Government, the Collector, the Commissioner, the Health Department and the Corporation. From there, he drove to the National College of Technology (NIT) in Tuvakudi, where First Minister MK Stalin inspected the newly opened 300-bed Corona treatment center and consulted with officials.

Following this, First Minister MK Stalin will arrive at Trichy Airport at 6.15 pm, where he will meet reporters. He explains about the corona prevention activities being carried out in Salem, Tiruppur, Coimbatore, Madurai and Trichy districts. The flight will leave Trichy at 7.30 pm and reach Chennai.
