Chief Minister MK Stalin has warned that action will be taken under the Thuggery law if Remdesivir sells drugs on the black market and hoards Oxygen Cylinder.
He said, “While the government under my leadership is acting with concern for the lives of all the people living in Tamil Nadu, on the contrary, I have directed the police to take stern action against those under the Gangs Act who hoard the leftover drugs And sell and increase its price, Oxygen cylinder”.
The demand appear that action should be taken. In this situation, the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, MK Stalin, has said that the Kundas Act will come into force if Remdesivir is stockpiled and sold on the black market in Tamil Nadu. The Chief Minister has ordered the police to take action under the Thugs Act. Remtasivir, he said, was the most serious crime of selling oxygen at high prices during times of disaster.
