Educational Qualification For the TMB Recruitment 2020:
- The retired officers of the bank are eligible for selection within 6 months from the date of retirement.
- The officer should have retired from Bank’s Service on attaining superannuation and not under Voluntary Retirement Scheme.

General Condition For the TMB Recruitment 2020:
- Period of contract may be fixed as 1 year from the date of joining and may be extended for another one year, if their performance is found satisfactory as reported by the Branch Head / Department Head. The maximum period of contract will be for two years only.
- The officers on contract will be utilized for conducting various audits at our branches and departments of our bank.
