TMB Bank Company Secretary Eligibility Criteria 2021:

• The retired officers of the bank are eligible for selection within 6 months from the date of retirement (applicable for other bank employees).
• Other bank retirees also who are competent for the post may apply.
• The officer should have retired from Bank’s Service on attaining superannuation and not under Voluntary Retirement Scheme.
• The officers who were removed / dismissed from the banks shall not be eligible.

TMB Bank Recruitment 2021 Age Limit:

The candidates who are willing to apply for this recruitment should have the age limit not more than 61 and 62 years.

TMB Bank Job Salary:

• Chief Manager- RS 35,000/-
• Senior Manager- RS 30,000/-
• Manager- RS 25,000/-
• Assistant Manager- RS 22,000/-
• No other allowance or perquisites including bonus/ex-gratia, apparel allowance, LFC and medical reimbursement as admissible to the regular employees of the bank will be paid.

• The shortlisted candidates will be called for personal interview through Video Conferencing for candidates who performing back office functions in branches.
• The shortlisted candidates will be called for personal interview for whom working at our Inspection Department. The date and time for interview will be communicated to the eligible candidates individually.
