• BE / Dip in Civil Engineering with 2 – 3 yrs of experience in executing projects.
• Exposure to interior design will be an added advantage
• Computer skills MS Office, Auto CADD desirable
• Good interpersonal and analytical skills
• Willingness to travel

Context:

Responsible for providing end to end solutions for all stores of Titan in regards to setting up new stores, renovation of existing stores, development and co-ordination with VM team.

Job Profile

• Working closely with the Franchisee, Retail teams, external agencies like architects, contractors, vendors, laborers etc to deliver a world class retail showroom for our products
• To closely monitor and oversee every assigned retail fit out project in the territory
• Planning & scheduling of activities required to be undertaken to complete the project within constraints of Costs & Times.
• Compliance to Statutory, Safety & other requirements
• Ensuring compliance to specifications with regard to materials, workmanship, finishes etc by the contractors/ franchisees
• To serve as a single point of contact for all matters pertaining to the fit-out operations for – IRSG – business development, projects, franchisee, brand, retail operations group and sale and  contractor a

Key Deliverables:

• Completion of Projects as per schedule of Costs and Time
• Completion of Projects with defined quality, workmanship and finishes
• Handing over of completed retail store to the entire satisfaction of Franchisee/ Retail
• Documentation & Sharing of experiences and contributing to improvements in project implementation
