25,000 TCS Employees Left Before Getting Identity Cards in the Last Year Hiring – Report said!! India’s one of the biggest Information Technology companies Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) now plans to end the work-from-home (WFH) culture of its employees. According to the information that has come out in this regard, it is expected that the WFH system may be stopped completely by the November month.

 Now not just TCS, most of the tech companies are calling their employees back to the office. In this context, the Chief Operating Officer (COO) N Ganapathi Subramaniam has released some information about the employment survey on the last year given by TCS. In this report, he said that in last year around 100,000 people were newly employed. About 25,000 of them quit their job without getting their identity cards.

Shocking News for TCS Employees – Work From Home Will End Soon!!!

Following this, he stated that company employees are expected to return to the office rather than working remotely this year. As of now, 20 to 25 percent of the company’s total workforce has returned to the office. TCS plans to invite the remaining employees to the office in a phased manner especially by November. Meanwhile TCS is taking steps to bring all employees back to the office for introduce a hybrid work model by the year 2025.
