Mobile App Introduced to Mark School Teachers Attendance – State Govt Announced!! The government has decided to mark teacher’s attendance process in all government and local government schools in the state of Telangana. Accordingly, the Department of School Education (SE Wing) has decided to enable Geo Attendance through a mobile app for teaching and non-teaching staff.
It has been reported that the first phase of this procedure will be implemented in schools in Hyderabad, Ranga Reddy, and Madsal districts. Sources said that when the teacher clicks the selfie photo through the mobile application, it matches the current details including the longitude and latitude of the app.

It is said to be cost-effective compared to biometric attendance. In particular, this application allows offline attendance registration.
