State Govt Announced 28 Days of Holiday – Check Out the List of the 2023 Year!! With just a few weeks left before the start of the New Year,  state governments are releasing the list of holidays for the year  2023. The Telangana government has now released the list of public and optional holidays for the year 2023. In this regard, Chief Secretary Somesh Kumar has announced that nearly 28 days of public holidays have been announced in 2023.

At the same time, it is mentioned that government offices will be closed on all Sundays and second Saturdays of every month. Apart from this, it has been announced that state government employees can get a maximum of five holidays in the optional holiday list. In particular, most of the festivals in 2023 fall on weekend holidays.
