Demonstrate Thought Leadership towards white space solutions. Provide system & application level solutions framework & methodologies. Understand the customer requirements for security & interpret gaps in information security and offer recommendations.
Associate Network Architect:
- Voice Test Configuration environment management, including the ability to assess voice call quality, audio encoding problems, and potential functionality such as Voicemail and DTMF pass through
- The Strategic Negotiator team negotiates and purchases number pools, which are then entered into a Number Management scheme. The team will identify the number classes, test them (along with connectivity to the operators), and clear them for activation once the numbers have been sourced.
- Responsible for conducting regular health checks against the number blocks, as well as tracking, alarming, and troubleshooting tickets against the numbers with the destination operator/aggregator.

- On a daily basis, lead the project’s customer interface, proactively solving any problems until they escalate.
- Create documents with practical and technical specifications. Track open tickets/incidents in the queue, assign tickets to resources, and make sure they’re closed by the deadlines.
- Create and review functional and technical specification papers, as well as the original charter and project plan. Metrics for project control should be monitored, tracked, and analysed.
