Teachers are still not proficient in digital teaching after two years of online classes: Survey Says!! Many Teachers are struggling till now to teach the lessons through online. Digital Teaching is very difficult for them to understand because the generation varies aged one will not get that. Non-digital face to face class is very easy for some Teachers because they interact with the students directly and easy to clarify doubts. Some students also seeking for it due to network issues and others they are not satisfied with the online classes.

Neeti Sharma, Co-Founder and President of TeamLease EdTech said:

“As our poll shows, 39.67 percent of instructors still believe their preparation is insufficient and that they require additional training in order to effectively teach their pupils,”

According to the survey,

75.04 percent of educators believe that pupils lose interest in online classrooms, while 44.63 percent of teachers believe that both students and teachers are still uneasy with digital integration.

According to the Research, The survey also states that due to the abrupt transition to online instruction, the bulk of teachers (almost 79.34%) learned by doing. Furthermore, teachers equipped and prepared themselves through attending courses offered by institutions (35.54%), friends/colleagues/family (25.62%), and self-sponsored courses (25.62%). (19.01 per cent). The survey also looks at how instructors feel about the future of digital intervention in the classroom. Surprisingly, 90.08 percent of teachers believe their technical and pedagogical abilities will be useful in the next two years. In fact, 66.94 percent of them believed that their new skills had improved their employment prospects.

In terms of infrastructure, 65.29 percent of instructors believe that internet connectivity is a barrier, and 50.41 percent believe that there is a scarcity.
