Accordingly, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has also planned to bring its employees back to the office after completing their work from home working mode. Thus, the company has invited its employees back to their offices after two years. This move is made as part of the 25×25 hybrid model of this IT giant. According to media reports, the work-from-home mode of TCS is likely to end officially by November 15.

As of now around 20 to 25 percent of the employees are working in TCS offices across India. And TCS CEO and Managing Director Rajesh Gopinathan said that the 25/25 scheme should be implemented in a more controlled manner. Meanwhile TCS is further strengthening its plan to set up a hybrid model by setting up hot desks and occasional operating zones (OOZs) for the convenience of its employees.
