That’s why the TCS is planning to execute a new model 25/25. This model allows only 25% of employees to work from office locations at any given time. According to the CEO of TCS, “Our customers are comfortable with this model and want us to take more work that others are not able to handle. This has given us the confidence to come out with a bold new Vision 25/25,” at the time of presenting company’s FY2020 annual report.
Let’s back to current scenario, TCS has asked to its employees to report to their designated base branches by 15th November 2021. The board wants to return employees to the deputed branches at least initially, before implementing its ambitious 25/25 model.
