The company has made several efforts toward this. But as all these did not succeed TCS issued a warning to its employees to compulsorily come to the office. That is, the employees have been ordered to work from the office three days a week. According to the prescribed list for TCS employees in this regard, the employees have to come to the office three times a week, the email said.

Accordingly, as part of the ‘Return to Office’ initiative, all TCS companies have been told to work from the office at least 3 days a week. Also requested that office manager will provide job list from TCS office and contact HR business partner if any assistance required. Now, it has been emphasized that administrative action may be taken if the order is not followed.
