Job Description:

• Good Hands on experience with Other Firewalls like ASA & Checkpoint.
• Sound Knowledge on IPSec , Remote access and SSL VPNs.
• Sound Knowledge on URL filtering either in Firewall (Palo Alto/Checkpoint) or proxy (Bluecoat/websense)
• Sound Knowledge on Network Basics Vlan/Routing/Ip subnetting/OSI layers, etc.
• Good to have ITIL frame work understanding with related to Incident/Change/Service/problem process.
• Should be good in Creating SOP’s, Visio’s and documentation.
• Willing to work in 24/7 Support shift Schedule
