TCS Educational Qualification:

TCS Off Campus Hiring is exclusively for B.E. from any Year of Passing.

% Criteria:– CGPA of 6 or 60% throughout academics.

Backlog Criteria:- No active backlogs shall be permissible at the time of appearing for the process.

Eligibility Checks:- TCS would be doing Eligibility Checks at various stages of the selection process. If a student is found to be ineligible at any stage of the process, TCS reserves every right to not proceed with the candidature.

TCS Job Description:

• Minimum 10 years of Software Development experience in Java
• Implemented Kafka, Kafka Streams and deployed to production
• Expert in Functional Programming approaches, preferably in Java
• Experience working with containers, and managed container orchestrators (Kubernetes/OpenShift) in the cloud (For example AWS Elastic Kubernetes Service, Azure Kubernetes Service, Red Hat OpenShift)
• Cloud-native development and strong working knowledge of developing and deploying applications in major cloud providers (AWS or Azure) and managed services (RDS, DynamoDB, serverless, etc.)
• CI/CD using Tekton (preferred) or Jenkins.

 TCS Selection Process 2021:

As per Official Information; TCS Selection Process not mentioned in Notification. May be TCS will recruiting young and talented candidates on the basis of three rounds.

The recruitment Process is expected to have the following rounds.

• Online Test (National Qualifier Test or NQT)
• Technical Interview
• Managerial/ HR Interview

Technical Interview : This interview revolves around your profile, stream/specializations and academic subjects. You are expected to have a good grasp on the fundamentals of your subjects. The interview panel also may give you a question to solve or a code to write. Additionally, you are required to know about the applications of your technical subjects.

Managerial Interview : In this round, you will come across general questions about your college, achievements, work experience, willingness to relocate, etc.

HR Interview : This round is conducted to gauge your overall personality- your strengths, weaknesses, hobbies, career plans, family background etc. The panel may be present you with some situations/scenarios, and ask your opinion/solution for them.
