JOB Description:

  1. Process Expert:

The primary responsibilities would be checking and comparing the details with the help of below documents.

  •  Appraisal Invoice •       Final Inspection Invoice •       Credit report Invoice •       Hazard Insurance •  Tax information •       Third party invoices

Qualifications: BACHELOR OF COMMERCE

  1. Customer service:

 Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. Respond to queries either in chat/email or over the phone. Excellent communication skill, comfortable working 24/7 including Night Shifts.

Qualifications : BACHELOR OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, BACHELOR OF COMMERCE, BACHELOR OF COMPUTER APPLICATION, BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE, BACHELOR OF TECHNOLOGY

  1. Delivery Head:

  • Lead deliveries related global Credit operations – Collections, Order to Cash lifecycle, Cash apps.
  • End to end ownership of delivery and extensive experience in Client facing role.
  • Ensure timely deliverables through daily reviews.
  • Analyze daily performance indicators and encourage awareness and performance improvements.
  • Manage performance objectives through use of Analytics and insights.
  • Manage and exceed all metrics including Efficiency, Effectiveness, Availability, Adherence and Billing goals.
  • Participate in various projects and continuous process improvement activities.

Qualifications: BACHELOR OF ARTS, BACHELOR OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, BACHELOR OF BUSINESS MANAGEMENT, BACHELOR OF BUSINESS STUDIES, BACHELOR OF COMMERCE

  1. Lead:

  • Reconciling the invoices and disputes, dispute management, communicating different departments for the resolution
  • Review and resolve any disputes
  • Research and reconcile the accounts
  • Liaison with different departments for clarification and resolution

Qualifications : BACHELOR OF ARTS, BACHELOR OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, BACHELOR OF BUSINESS MANAGEMENT, BACHELOR OF BUSINESS STUDIES, BACHELOR OF COMMERCE

  1. Associate:

  • Experience Range: 1 – 5 years work experience
  • Shift Timings:Flexible with shifts
  • Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred/Maximum 20 days

Qualifications : BACHELOR OF COMMERCE

  1. Content Writer:

  • Write clear, succinct, and SEO-effective copy for websites of US-based small and medium enterprises keeping in mind the client’s requirements, end customer, and objectives.

  • Understand and implement regularly changing guidelines in the copy
  • Work with multiple stakeholders in the process, such as the design, quality assurance, and client relation teams to ensure that all organizational goals and SLAs are met

  1. Process Associate

  • Investigate customer delinquent accounts to understand possible cause for arrangement breach & routed to onshore team
  • Perform fee adjustments and bucket correction if met bank criteria’s
  • Referring cases for further information if information provided, is not sufficient
  • Taking action based on process notes
