We also intensified our efforts to build organic talent, earning over 53K cloud certificates in the course of the year to increase the total number of personnel with hyperscaler platform certifications to over 110K. According to Chief HR Officer Milind Lakkad, this positions us in the top 2 partners for the biggest cloud providers.
